The Use of Scuba Tank For Diving

Diving is an activity that requires preparation and special equipment. Why special equipment? Because most of activities of diving is conducted under the water and it also spend a lot of time under the water. Beside for recreational purpose, diving is conducted for research and observation under the sea or bottom of the sea. One of most important factor that should be taken into account to support this activity is diving equipment preparation.

Scuba diving equipment consists of snorkels, wetsuits, diving mask, fins and scuba tanks. Some of these equipments are standart equipment like mask, snorkel and fins. These equipments are personal-fit equipment for scuba divers. This personal-fit equipment is only suitable with specific anatomy of diver. One of the most important equipments that is needed especially for professional divers is scuba tank. Diving at a certain depth under water that take the time requires scuba tanks to breathe in the water. Mostly, diving activities in the sea use this important equipment.

A scuba tank is container in the form of tank to store the fresh air that is used for breathing.  Scuba tank contains proportionally nitrogen 21% and oxygen 79%. Scuba tank for scuba diving is available in various sizes depending on the needs. Scuba tank is tank with high pressure because of compressed process during loading liquid gases. The tank is made from steel, stainless steel dan aluminum. Although scuba tank is important that is needed for scuba diving, a scuba diver does not need to have a scuba tank because the most expensive of diving equipments is scuba tank.

For scuba diving, a scuba diver can then hire at diving clubs that provide scuba equipment but major standart equipment such as snorkel, masks, and fins must be possessed by scuba diver.  Before use scuba tank, it is recommended to check the tank first. Check the weight of the tank and the outlet valve of gas. It is very important to avoid gas leakage. This important equipment should be prepared before diving because it is used for breathing.

A scuba diver not only have to know how to operate but a diver also have to know how  the equipment work because under water a scuba tank is considered as partner that give live through supplying the oxygen. At the time for diving, a scuba divers still have to prepare themselves properly on the equipment for security and safety, including the scuba tanks.
